Tilapia Garlic & Ginger

Ingredients
1 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 4 cloves Garlic Crushed1 tsp Ginger Root, finely chopped or pureedScallions, raw, 3 large copped15 oz Tilapia filet, (approximately 3 filets) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Salt2 fl oz Lemon Juice1/4 cup Cooking Wine1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slices 2 tbsp capers, 1/2 fresh Lemons, sliced
Directions
Spray Large Skillet with cooking spray.
Sauté Garlic, Ginger root, and scallions

Sprinkle Lemon Pepper Seasoning Salt on each filet. Added Filets to skillet and brown on each side for about 2 minutes.

Add Lemon Juice, Cooking Wine, capers,
Mushrooms, and Lemon slices. Cover and simmer until fish is done (about 5 minutes)

Serve warm with vegatables or cold on a bed of salad.
