Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
12 oz carton of fresh button mushrooms3 oz of cream cheese (softened)1/2 cup of freshly grated parmesean cheese1/4 teaspoon of Worcester SaucePinch of saltPinch of PepperPinch of Ground Nutmeg
Directions
Remove stems from mushrooms.
Combine cream cheese and all other ingredients, spoon evenly into mushrooms. Place in a lightly greased 13 x9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Makes about 18 mushrooms. (6 servings)

    I'm a sucker for mushrooms, these were indeed good. I substituted neufchatel low fat and used my microplane to grate the parmesan, made it fluffier using less cheese. A tiny dolop of Worcestershire sauce goes a long way, so I reduced that too. - 2/14/13
