1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.666 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 2 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 serving Clove of Garlic (by BCOH1478) 20 leaves Basil 0.02 cup Bob's Red Mill Arrowroot starch flour (by FRESHSTART469) 112 gram Prosciutto - Cappola (8 slices)7.863 serving kirkland signature marinara sauce (1 jar)
Place egg, red wine vinegar, oregano, s & p in food processor & pulse to combine. In a saucepan add butter & chopped onions. Sauté until translucent. Add garlic & basil & sauté another 1-2 minutes. Pour sautéed veg into blender. Top with 1 jar marinara. Blend until smooth. Chop the prosciutto & sauté a few minutes in the pan. Add the sauce to the prosciutto mix to combine. Add arrowroot starch, mix. Simmer approximately 5 minutes. Add s+p to taste. Serve over favourite pasta or zoodles.
