1 cup quinoa 2 cups waterSea Salt1 fresh tomato, chopped1/2 english cucumber, chopped1/2 red onion, chopped3 green onions, chopped5 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped5 tbsp fresh chives, chopped2 tbsp garlic chives, chopped1 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp lime juice1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp worchestire sauce1 tbsp red hot 1 tbsp orange juice
Makes 10, 1/2 cup servings.
1. Remember to rise the quinoa well before using. Combine quinoa with water and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Remove from heat. Fluff with fork. Let cool.
3. Add veggies and mix all ingredients for sauce.
4. Combine and enjoy.
