Baked Honey Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients
Dry Mixture:2 cup Oats, Quaker 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Salt .333 cup, packed Brown Sugar Wet Mixture:2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tbsp Vanilla Extract 3 tbsp Honey 1.5 tbsp Butter, salted 2 cup Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries .25 cup, chopped Pecans
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a medium size bowl. mix together the dry mixture ingredients
3. In a separate bowl mix all wet mixture ingredients expect berries
and pecans
4. layer half of the berries on bottom of a 2 quart baking dish,then
top with dry mixture and pour wet mixture on top of dry.
5. place rest of berries on top along with pecans
6. bake for 15-20 minutes or until the oats have absorbed the moisture.
