4 chop, excluding refuse (yield Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised 113 gram Pancake Mix (Pamela's) Ultimate Baking & Pancake Mix (by DOTSLADY) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tbsp Garden Fresh Salsa, Jack's Special Medium
Directions
dredge pork chops in pancake mix [may also use Bisquick] to coat. heat olive oil in a skillet and brown pork chops on both sides. s[poon salsa over top. cover and reduce heat to simmer nd cook for about 20 minuets
