Ingredients
28 gram(s) Almond meal/flour Bob's Red Mill serv=28g 1/4 cup (by KITKAT734) 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Organic Golden Flax Seed Meal 2T (by WOOLANDWOOD) 25 serving Keebler Club Minis Multi-Grain Crackers 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp paprika, smoked (by PFLEEG) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Put all ingredients into a gallon bag. Tap with measuring cup or rolling pin to crush crackers into a find powder. Shake the bag. At this point you can either sprinkle and pat the mixture onto the meat or put the meat into the bag and shake.

Serving Size: Patting on, I was able to make enough breading for 8 palm-size .5 inch thick pork chops. Shake'n'bake style may use more mix per serving (guessing 4-6 chops).
