30.0 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Heat pan with olive oil
Add onion, mushrooms, and green beans to pan
Cook on med heat
Add your favorite seasoning (lemon pepper)
Salt and pepper
Cover with lid and simmer for 5 min
