Ingredients
6 links Hillshire Farm Beef Lit'l Smokies 2.0 tbsp Cream Cheese3.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers0.33 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded3.0 slices, cut in half - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon1.0 tbsp chopped Shallots
Directions
Cut jalapeņo peppers in half, and scrape out seeds and membrane using spoon (The spicy part is in the seeds, so if you'd like it with a little more "kick" leave seeds/membrane in). Mix cream cheese and Monterey Jack together in bowl, spoon into popper putting little smoky on top. Wrap with bacon. Bake, smoke, or bbq until bacon is browned to your liking
