Chicken casserole

Ingredients
1000 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 serving best marinade for pork, chicken or steak (by HAGGARDMOM24) 780 grams Potato, raw 650 grams Carrots, raw 100 grams Parsnips 300 gram Cornish Swede (Tesco) (by -X-BELLA-X-) 80 grams Mushrooms, cooked 270 grams Onions, raw
Directions
Dice chicken breast and marinade for a few hours (preferably over night-what I do)
Dice all the vegetables (except potatoes) put in casserole dish in layers.
Slice potatoes, layer on top, lid on and place in oven
180 to 200 C for a couple of hours.
If one want to avoid calories use less potatoes
