Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 0.75 cup Low carb baking mix 1/4 cup Truvia Natural Sweetener 1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 3 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Caramelize one apple and a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of sweetener and a few dashes of cinnamon; set aside. mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the apples and bake in an iron skillet at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes Serving Size: Makes six pieces
