Taco Casserole

Ingredients
16 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 1 cup Purple Onion (by SHOPGIRL61) 2.5 serving diced tomatoes & green chilies RoTel 10oz canned (by LEEISME2) 1 cup Refried Beans Old El Paso 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 cup LETTUCE romaine, 1 cup torn/chopped (by LITTLE_DIVA) 3 serving Average Roma Tomato (by RUCGIEB) 4 serving Black Olives - Sliced (2 Tbsp.) 2 serving Kroger Taco Seasoning (1/2 packet) (by JJWESTERFIELD)
Directions
Put onion and ground beef into skillet and brown. Drain. Add taco seasoning packet and rotel. Cook until reduced and no longer soupy. Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray and put meat mixture into pan. Layer one can of refried beans over meat then layer cheese over that. Place in 350 degree oven until cheese melts. While it is cooking chop lettuce and tomato. Remove meat from oven when cheese is melted and cover with chopped lettuce. Then sprinkle tomato and black olive over lettuce.
