Cheesy Chicken Tortellini Bake

1/2 cup finely chopped onions1 clove garlic1 tsp olive oil1 jar (16 oz) white Alfredo pasta sauce1 pkg (20 oz) refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced1 cup milk1 cup water1 tbsp dried basil leaves1 cup frozen peas
Heat oil & cook onion & garlic until tender. Cube chicken. Stir remaining ingredients into freezer bag and mix thoroughly. Squeeze air out of bag and freeze. To serve, thaw for 24 hours then bake in 9X13 baking dish, covered at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
