My Garlic Smashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, divided1 tsp Garlic 4 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 0.5 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese 0.25 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Steam cauliflower, Pat dry, add 1/2 the Parmesan and the rest of the ingredients while still hot. Smash, mash, purée, blend, etc everything together. Put in small oven safe dish, top with balance of Parmesan and bake at 350* for 20 minutes and enjoy!!
