Ingredients
Ground Turkey, Sofrito, Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese, Garlic, Roasted Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers, Onions, Sazon Goya, Lime
Directions
Use the Goya Empanada Grande Discs for the Shells. Sray canola oil on a cookie sheet. Put a package of ground turkey, dice peppers, garlic, squeezed lime juice, onion, sazon goya, cheese and sofrito into pan and cook. Put a half cup of filling into shell and bind the edges with a fork.

Turn oven on to 400c. Cook until golden brown approximately 30mins.
