Grain Free Flatbread

Ingredients
.25 cup Arrowroot flour 67 gram(s) almond meal/flour 0.25 cup tapioca flour 2 tbsp coconut flour .5 tsp Pink Himalayan salt .5 cup water
Directions
Whisk all flours together. Combine with water till completely smooth.
Heat skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease pan with ghee.
Pour one third batter into pan. Let bread cook and firm up on one side before flipping over. Cook 2 minutes on each side, reduce heat, cover and cook till firm and golden. Repeat with other two breads.
