Cooking Light Crock Pot Red Beans and Rice

Ingredients
3 cups water1 cup Dried Red Kidney beans1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup green pepper, chopped3/4 cup Celery, chopped 1 tsp Dried Thyme 1 tsp Paprika 14 oz. Pederson's Kielbasa Smoked Sausage (by LAYLA8757) 5 clove Garlic 3 cup cooked White Rice, long grain1/4 cup chopped green onions
Directions
Combine all items in crock pot, but rice and green onions. Cook on high for 5 hours. (We're gone about 10 hours during the day, so I cook on low); Serve over rice, and sprinkle with green onions
