Oatful Delite Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole Rolled Oats 1/3 cup Coconut flour 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 1/3 cups silk cashew chocolate milk (or skim milk if preferred)1/2 cup Natural no sugar added Applesauce 12 tbsp Kirkland signature Organic egg whites (or 4 eggs)1 tsp organic coconut sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt 4 tbsp Almonds - sliced (optional)
Directions
Prep:

Place oats in medium mixing bowl

Add 1 cup of Chocolate cashew milk,blend and let soak for 1 hour

grease and line muffin pan with liner cups

Pre heat oven to 350

When oats are ready add applesauce,egg whites and remaining 1/3 cup of chocolate cashew milk and fold together

In a smaller mixing bowl add all dry ingredients and wisk til blended

Pour wisked dry ingredients into bowl with wet ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended. Do not over mix or fluff batter

Pour batter into baking cups,fill 90% full

Bake for 25 minutes

Test readiness with fork

Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
