Ingredients
2.0 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)8.0 tsp trivia brown sugar2.0 cup Applesauce, unsweetened3.0 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Salt3.0 tsp Vanilla Extract4.0 tsp Baking Soda6.0 cup Quacker Oats Old Fashion Oatmeal
Directions
Let mixture sit for 20 to 30 minutes before you separate. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Spray muffin pans with pam. Put 1/4 cup of mixture in each cup. You can top them with your favorite ingredients. I put bananas, blueberries and apples on top of mine.
