Quinoa Salad with Feta

Ingredients
1.0 cup 365 Organic Quinoa 4 oz Feta Cheese 2.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2.5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 4 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.0 cup cuccumber (by JOEYH1961) 1 cup Carrot - raw, chopped (by PIANOGRRRL) 0.5 tsp Salt, table (by GRANMACHERI)
Directions
Cook quinoa as directed then set aside to cool. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and toss. Add Quinoa once cooled.
