Thai Chicken Salad

Ingredients
24 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 cup Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine 6 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 cup Bean sprouts 2 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw
Directions
once chicken is cooked, shred it into bite size pieces in a large mixing bowl. combine with rest of ingredients and top with Thai Sesame dressing--see my recipe for this.
