32 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .75 serving Celery, chopped, 1 cup (by ECAT77) 2 tbsp Lemon juice 12 serving Mayo, Spectrum Organic with Olive Oil Cage Free Eggs (1Tbsp) (by TRDANKO) .75 tsp Salt .75 tsp Pepper, black 1.5 tsp creole seasoning, McCormick (by JMODONNELL1) 1.25 cup, seedless Grapes 1.25 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
Boil chicken breast until cooked through.
Combine mayo, celery, lemon juice, salt, pepper, creole seasoning, apples, and grapes.
Place chicken in a food processor and chop fine. Add chicken to mayo mixture, stir to blend.
Divide into 12 equal servings
