1 serving Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix (1 box) (by YIAYIA-THALIA) 2.5 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice 4 serving Jell-O Instant Pudding, vanilla w/o milk (4 serv per box) (by NYLAYDI) 8 serving coconut , sweetened, flaked (by KATINA15) 21 tbsp Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
Combine angel food cake mix and pineapple. (It has been a while since I made this, I don't thing you drain the pineapple.) Pour in pan sprayed with Pam. Bake according to directions.
When done and cooled, combine thawed cool whip, vanilla pudding mix (dry) and spread over cooled cake. Top with coconut.
