Ingredients
1/2 cup instant oatmeal1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt1 egg2 tbsp egg whites1 tsp splenda1 tsp vanilla
Directions
place all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed for 2 minutes.
spray pan with butter flavored cooking spray and cook as regular pancakes.
1/4 cup of batter per pancake
Makes 6 pancakes
