Jenn's Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken Strips

Ingredients
40 oz *Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless) (by DEGREENIA) 1 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 tsp prepared mustard90 gram Croutons, Italian Seasoned, Fresh Gourmet (6 croutons) .5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Cut chicken into strips. Salt and pepper lightly.
Beat together milk, egg and mustard.
Crunch up croutons into crumbs.
Dip strips in liquid, then dredge in crumbs.
Arrange on cookie sheets and bake 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.

(I use 1 cup of milk and a whole egg, but only calculate half, since only about half is used.)

Calories are for each strip.
