Ingredients
Pita bread wheat, or oats, flax seed2 scrambled eggs1/4 cup of chopped onions1 Louis Rich turkey slices 1 slice of low calorie american cheese1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder1/4 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash extra spicy1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
Directions
1. Mix eggs, chopped onions, and dry seasioning together and scramble in a hot non-stick skillette.
2. add turkey slice to warm.
3. rest cheese on top of eggs and place trukey slice on top of cheese and add tomatoes
4.lift with egg turner and stuffed pita
