Ingredients
1 oz Cashew - Raw (~1oz, 1/4 cup, or 28g) (by LUCKLYS) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 27 gram(s) tapioca starch (by BLUEMOON76) 1 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g) 1 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 0.5 tsp Windsor Table Salt (by ARCTIC.ORCA) 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
1. soak cashews overnight
2. blend all ingredients in high-powerd blender (like vitamix)
3. pour ingredients into pot and cook on high heat on stove stirring constantly
4. one lumps start forming lower the heat to low-medium and keep stirring until gooey consistency is reached

Serving Size: makes 2 servings of fondue like vegan cheese
