Ingredients
1 serving Eggs - Scrambled - 1 Large Egg 1 serving Onion, Red (Sauteed 1 medium) (by SOLARES64) 1 serving Cream Cheese - Lite (Philadelphia) 2 tbsp 1 serving Mission 100% Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla (1 tortilla) 1 serving Aldi Fit & Active Smoked Honey Ham Deli thin sliced 1 tbsp Heinz Tomato Katchup (by OLSENST3)
Directions
In a large nonstick skillet heat 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil over medium heat,add 1 thinly sliced medium onion and a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook stirring occasionally until just soften bout 5 min,add 6 slightly beaten large eggs,allow to set foe 10 secs.sprinkle with 2 Oz diced ham and 2 Oz light or reduce fat cream cheese.scramble with eggs until cheese melts,bout one min. Divide scramble among 4 (6"inch) whole wheat tortillas roll up burrito style serve hot.
