Ingredients
3 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 4 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 2 large Egg white, fresh 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 cup Milk, 1% 4 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix 1/2 oats in blender to make oat flour, mix rest of ingredients together, grease a loaf pan with spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 9 bars. Put in individual baggies, keep in fridge or freezer
