Faux Egg Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. firm tofu, frozen and the thawed1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup fat free mayo1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce1 1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
Directions
Thaw tofu, squeeze the excess moinsture out and crumble it into small pieces.
In a seperate bown combine ff mayo, soy sauce,lemon juice and splenda and mix well.
Add tofu, celery, onion and incorporate into your faux egg salad sandwich spread.
