Zero Carb Breaded Tilapia

2 tilapia fillets 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp red pepper
1. Wash fish and dry thoroughly with paper towel. Coat fillets evenly with mayonnaise.
2. Season grated Parmesan with paprika, garlic powder, black and red pepper. Dip mayo coated fish in cheese mixture, making sure to completely cover. Place on foil and set in freezer for 5-10 minutes.
3. While fish sets up, heat oil in fry pan at medium low heat. Remove fish from freezer and place in hot oil. Fry until side one is browned and crisp.
4. Flip over and fry until side two is browned and crisp. Remove from oil and serve.
