Ingredients
130.0 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes130.0 Grams Carrots, raw250.0 Grams Cucumber (peeled)11.0 Grams Parsley1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 tbsp Lemon juice1.0 tsp Salt
Directions
Dice carrots, radishes, and peeled and seeded cucumbers (about 2 medium sized) into 1/4 inch cubes. Chop parsley to 1/4 inch. Mix vegetables and parsley. Drizzle with Olive oil and lemon juice. Salt to taste.
