Caro's Keto Almond Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups almond flour1/2 cup stevia powder1/2 cup softened butter1 tsp vanilla flavoring1 large egg beaten1/2 tsp salt 12 almonds crushed
Directions
Beat egg and butter with whisk.
Mix in almond flour, stevia powder, and vanilla flavor
Roll into 22 balls size of quarter onto ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 5 minutes at 300 degrees preheated oven
Take out and press each cookie with a fork or a spatula
Return to oven and bake about 18 minutes more
These cookies will not be brown, but slightly golden
Cool 5 minutes
