Low carb chocolate truffles

Ingredients
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (liquid form)1 tbsp Nestle Milk Chocolate Chips 4 tbsp Butter, salted 4 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 dash Salt 4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
1.) Heat cream on low flame 2.) Add the chocolate once the cream is simmering 3.) Stir until combined 4.) Once combined, add butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt 5.) Stir until combined 6.) Refrigerate for an hour (stir after 30 minutes so make sure butter doesn't separate) 7.) Scoop out the batter, roll into small balls (about an inch in diameter) 8.) Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper 9.) Once hardened, roll again so smooth them out 10.) Put them in a deep bowl with cocoa powder 11.) Shake well so coat them evenly 12.) Place into a container until ready to eat 13.) Enjoy! Serving Size:
