Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter, whipped 3 serving Garlic clove (by ROBI101) 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 10 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 3 cup Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta)
Directions
Add whole garlic cloves to melted butter in saucepan
Add flour and allow to brown slightly, whisking constantly
Slowly add milk, whisking constantly to break up lumps
Over a slow flame, allow sauce to thicken
Add cheese to thickened sauce; stir gently
Add cooked pasta
