Sugar Fiend Smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana2 cups yogurt, preferably from raw milk (use raw nut cheese if you are vegan)3 T honey (use 6-10 drops of stevia again if you are vegan)2 c frozen blackberries1.5 c frozen blueberries2 c orange juice (squeeze your own! Its easy and healthier!)
Directions
Squeeze 3-6 oranges for 2 cups of orange juice. Depending on how in/out of season they are you may need a few more or less oranges.

Put everything including the orange juice in the blender and blend until smooth. On my blender (oster) the blend and frappe settings for 3 minutes work best.

YUM! YUM! No need for sugar today!
