slow cooker beef

Ingredients
cut up mushrooms1.5 lb beef roast, cubed4 cups of stockseasonings, to tast (italian, ranch, pepper)1.5c barley
Directions
add broth to your slow cooker. mix in seasonings (to taste). then add cut mushrooms and meat. let cook for 1 hr on high. then add barley. When done, it is like a casseole, The barley soaks up the liquid.
