Ingredients
1.75 cup Oats, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats (1/4 cup dry) 48 gram(s) ViSalus Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix .25 cup Granulated Sugar 12 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 4 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt .5 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup 1.25 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.33 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .75 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 80 gram(s) Laura Secord 70% cocoa mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Put oats in food processor and mill until it is flour-like. Add rest of ingredients in large bowl with oat flour and stir well.
Pour into 8x8 pan and cook 30-35 minutes until top is cracked toothpick comes out pretty clean. Let cool in pan completely before cutting.
