Chicken & Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients
4 serving Chicken breast tenderloin, raw (4 oz serving) (by BLANK274) 6 serving (makes 1/2 cup prepare Stove Top Stuffing Mix 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw .5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Stir fry diced raw chicken in a large skillet, add vegies when chicken is done and turn down heat to let vegies cook.

While vegies are cooking put 1 1/2 cups of hot water in a medium bowl and add in the dry stuffing mix and stir to moisten. Set aside to allow dry mix to soak up water.

Add Cream of Chicken soup to mix and add milk in a little at a time and mix thoroughly. Bring to a simmer.

Place chicken mixture in a sprayed casserole dish and place stuffing on top as evenly as you can.

Bake for 30 mins at 350F
