Peanut Lime dressing (Fresh restaurant recipe)

Ingredients
3 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw 2 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 30 mL Lime Juice 1.33 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari) 1 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger (by WOMYN42) 0.09 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar .75 1tsp Sesame Oil 0.5 cup Sunflower Oil .5 tbsp chili sauce - Sambal Oelek Paste of Chili (by RSIMPSON20)
Directions
1. In a blender, puree all ingredients except the sunflower oil.
2. With blender running, add sunflower oil in a thin stream until dressing is emulsified.
