Ingredients
8.0 serving Bacon - Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon, 1tbsp6.0 cup Milk, 3.25%2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen3.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 cup Flour, white0.5 cup Butter, salted1.0 tbsp Salt2.0 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Saute onions, add water, potatoes, bacon. Cook 10 minutes. Add milk. Make a roux with butter and flour. Cook until potatoes are tender, add roux, cook until thickened
