Scalloped Cabbage and Pig

Ingredients
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 2 cup Crystal Farms Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4.5 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz)
Directions
saute onion and cabbage to translucent. Put in casserole with meat and cheese, combine with beaten eggs and cream, top with crushed pork rinds and bake at 375 for 20 - 30 mins.
I added salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder as well
