Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

1 Tbsp EVOO2/3 cp Fat Free Ranch Dressing1/4 cp Worcestershire Sauce2 tsp. rosemary1/2 tsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. white vinegar1 tsp. splendablack pepper to taste6 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)Green Peppers (chunked)Onions (chunked)Cherry TomatoesButton Mushrooms
prep time includes marination time.
mix together first 7 ingredients, pour over chicken and cut veggies and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat Grill and spray grate with nonstick grill spray.
Thread skewers with veggies and chicken so that each kabob has 3 chunks of chicken alternating with veggies.
Grill until chicken is no long pink and the juice runs clear.
Serves 4.
