Bacon Cheddar Fried Cauliflower Patties

Ingredients
Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 1/2 cup, ricedBacon, 1 medium slices, cooked & diced Sour Cream, 1/2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese, 1/8 cup, shredded 1 Egg, beaten
Directions
Rice the cauliflower, add beaten egg, sour cream, diced bacon and cheese. Mix well and pour into hot frying pan spayed with olive oil. Let brown and then flip to the other side to brown.
Serves one.

    Just made these and modified with what was on hand. Great with italian dry cheeses, bacon and dried onions. Will roast cauliflower in oven instead of boil next time. - 2/19/15
