2 cup, slivered Almonds 8 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 1.5 cup, chopped Walnuts .75 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 1 cup, shredded Coconut, raw .25 cup Coconut Oil 8 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed 1 cup Maple Syrup 8 tbsp Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 1 cup, packed Raisins 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
Preheat Oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients and spread on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
