3 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 dash Pepper, black 6 serving Yukon Gold Potato ( 1 medium sized potato) 2 serving Al Fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Chicken Sausage 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Lawry’s Season Salt .5 tbsp onion, dried minced (by JLFREEMAN65)
Peel and dice the potatoes. Cut the sausages into small pieces. In a deep skillet heat the olive oil on medium/low heat. Add the potatoes, sausage and stir to coat until potatoes are coated in oil. Add season salt, onion, garlic powder, parsley, and pepper and stir. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Stir occasionally to prevent potatoes from getting crispy.
