Cauliflower tuna cake low carb

Ingredients
4.0 oz Cream Cheese4.0 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 tbsp Salt2.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked1.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)2.0 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix softened cream cheese and peppers. Grate cauliflower and add to cream cheese mixture. Add parmasan to mixture. Divide into 8 cakes. Cook on 400 for 20-25 minutes. Optional are a dash of lemon juice, an egg, or paprika. Serving Size: 8 cakes
