Adobo marinated Pork Ribs (Country Style)

1 cup Lime Juice, Fresh Squeezed2 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp Dried Oregano 2 tsp Cumin (ground)1.5 tsp Salt 6 cloves Garlic, minced2 lbs Pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs, separable lean only, raw
Combine all ingredients except for pork and mix well. Place pork in zip-top bag and pour marinade over top. Seal and let marinate in refrigerator for about an hour.
Prepare grill.
Remove pork from marinade. Place the ribs on the grill, flat side down, and cook until the pork is browned and crusty on the bottom, about 5 to 7 minutes. Flip, and grill for about 5 to 7 minutes more. Turn ribs on thin side (you may need to prop them up against one another), grill for about 4 to 6 minutes. Flip to the other thinner side, grill for about 4 to 6 minutes more.
Transfer to a clean serving platter, tent loosely with foil, and let rest about 5 minutes before serving.
