Bread with almond flour and coconut flour

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted3 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted6 eggs (warmed in a bowl of warm water)2/3 cup Almond flour1/3 Coconut Flour 1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional)1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350, grease an 8 x 4 loaf pan.

Break eggs into a bowl and beat with an electric mixer. Add the melted butter and coconut oil and beat well. Then add the remaining ingredients and again beat well.

Spoon the batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until top is browned. Remove from loaf pan and let cool on a rack.

Serving Size: Cut loaf into 16 slices
