Almond Spread Almond Cheese Alternative with Nooch - Vegan

Ingredients
1.34 cup Super Fine Almond flour, King Arthur (by DSIMPSON33)2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Tbsp Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning.5 tsp Salt1 tsp Lemon juice1 cup (8 fl oz) Warm water, tap1 dash Garlic powder2 dashes Italian Seasoning
Directions
Blend in high speed blender, adding water gradually to reach smooth consistency.
Add/tweak seasonings to taste - add more gradually and keep tasting as you go.
Place mixture in sieve over a bowl in refrigerator overnight to drain extra water (there may not be much).
Turn mixture out into bowl and eat as is for a moist spread. Or turn out onto oiled baking sheet or parchment paper and bake in oven for a firmer texture:
325 degrees for 25-30 min. for a still spreadable cheese
350 degrees for 30-35 min. for firmer, more crumbly cheese.
Can cover with herbs, seeds, dried fruit, anything you want.
